Kundalini is a sacred spiritual energy in human and a purifying energy originating in the Spirit. Every human being has kundalini because it is an integral part of human’s spirit.

In most people, kundalini is still in sleeping condition, but in some people, it has been active. Kundalini plays central role in destroying any negative things in one and is also used to evolve the Spirit so that the Spirit reaches its ultimate level. When someone practices his/her kundalini, he/she is in a process of purifying his/her Spirit totally and the purification process will depend on the level of someone’s kundalini development.

Additionally, the purified Spirit will automatically produce any mental capabilities previously locked in the Spirit due to any bad/negative things possessing one’s self. The end point of practicing kundalini is to reach the perfection of Spirit and the self can unite with the universe and at the highest level, with God the Creator.

When being in inactive or hibernated condition, Kundalini is located at the perineum point (a point between genital area and anus). Upon being raised, the energy of kundalini begins to purify the self every time, from the tip of foot to the heart and then from the heart to the crown chakra.
