What is meditation?
Meditation is a conscious effort to reach sobriety and access the higher consciousness level. Meditation is abstract and cannot be perceived by the worldly thinking. The important points in meditation are sincerity and focusing the consciousness and thinking only on God and be able to detach the mind and all senses from any worldly bindings. Then, the essence and meaning of meditation is condition or situation in which the self dissolves into tranquility and detach of any worldly bindings and imprisonment and focusing the consciousness and mind only on God.
The purposes of Meditation
The purpose of meditation is to produce self-composure and detach the self from the worldly problems, bindings and imprisonment and reach an enlightenment from the Divine vibration through focusing the consciousness and mind only on God.
What does the focus on God look like?
It cannot be imagined, since the holiness will only elicit the shadows but the self can imagine a light of truth.
How to make intention at the time of meditation?
After the self feels a composure, just intend in full confidence that God will transfer the purification vibration that makes the self experiences physical and mental composure, happiness, enlightenment, consciousness and be confident that the self can detach from any worldly imprisonment. Just focus on the light of truth or on the belief in God.
Does the self need to direct his/her eyes on particular part or something or where should the self direct the eyes?
The direction of eyes is not the means, but it is the purified intention that will complete what must be done.

Back to self-composure. Practice the above repeatedly.
How long a meditation should be practiced?
The long or short time does not indicate a goodness or badness, but the most important thing to consider is how a person can get into self-composure and focus all consciousness and mind only on God.
How about the level of composure?
Level of Composure is unlimited in its dimensions. The highest dimension is the core dimension of soul composure. This is the highest level of composure.
How does the self know having existed in the core dimension of soul composure? Is there any indication?
An indication that the self having been in the core dimension of soul composure is when his/her mind is released from the worldly things in life, leaving only the soul that secures the guiding Divinity vibration.
What are the obstacles in meditation?
All senses serves as the first obstacles. The neighborhood is the second obstacle. Very powerful and strong link of negative karmas is the final obstacle.
How to deal with the intrusion of the senses?
Control of mind will lead to an in-depth understanding of the senses. Although the senses can feel anything automatically, the mind can take control where should direct and place the senses.
An example to deal with the intrusion of the senses: When in a meditation the self hear a voice or voices, the self must know what meditation is and what it means to the self. Meditation means that the self should focus on God; there are only the self and God. It is here that the divine nature of meditation exists. The voices heard during a meditation are worldly things. Detach from any worldly things and direct the mind only to the divinity.
How to deal with the intrusion of neighborhood?
The self must always perform self-purification and surrender to the protection of God and establish the neighborhood as a place to grow any positive things that hold the self harmless against the bad effect of negative environment.
How to deal with the intrusion of KARMA?
By repentance and renewing conducts and doing goodness. Dealing with the intrusion of Karma can also be performed by making affirmation to destroy any enormities, negative auras and negative karmas. The more frequently the affirmation, the better the result will be. Any negative karmas are undermined through affirmation.
Does the condition of the brain waves also influence meditation?
The lower the brain wave is, the easier to get focus.
The third eye is also the key point in meditation. It will enable the self to reach the very low brain wave, so that it is easy to get into high level of composure. Also, it enables the self to reach high focus and get into the very high spiritual dimension. The third eye, kundalini, and power of purification, all will enable the self to reach THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SAMÄ€DHI (DEEPEST MEDITATION).
When is the best time for meditation?
The best times for meditation are at 12:00 am, at 12:00 pm, at 6:00 Pm and at 6:00 am. The times of kundalini last only for 25 minutes, so that use the times of kundalini in an appropriate manner.
Where is best place to meditate?
Find a place that is comfortable, with comfortable room temperature, relaxing scent, and minimum noise and clean. However, when the self is able to control the senses, thus meditation can be performed everywhere, except at the places with negative auras.
What should be done when the self experiences vision during meditation?
Keep focusing on God.
What is the proper position in meditation?
Perform meditation in sitting position that makes the self feel very pleasant and relaxed without being tense and becoming numb and getting asleep. No matter if the back bone is not upright. And avoid performing meditation in standing position.
What should be done when the self is astounded during meditation?
Repeat the meditation from the beginning to get better result.
What should be prepared before meditation?
Stamina
Good stamina will strengthen self-protection and enable the self to be more focused, more easily in dealing with any intrusions in meditation and easily access the high dimension.
Protection
Self-protection is highly required in meditation to prevent the self from any intrusions due to the attacks of enormities and negative auras coming from oneself or from the neighborhood.
Destroying enormities and negative auras
Destroying any enormities and negative auras in oneself is very important to prevent them from disturbing the meditation and misleading the self due to any hallucination they elicit.
What is the Perfect Enlightenment or Pure Enlightenment?
A human being is considered to have reached Perfect Enlightenment when he/she conducts any acts with complete knowledge and relies on a strong belief in God and be able to detach from the worldly bindings.
